DBRS Morningstar assigned provisional ratings of AAA (sf) to the Class A Notes, AA (low) (sf) to the Class B Notes, A (low) (sf) to the Class C Notes, BBB (sf) to the Class D Notes, BB (sf) to the Class E Notes and B (sf) to the Class F Notes (collectively, the Rated Notes) expected to be issued by Towd Point Mortgage Funding 2019–Vantage2 plc (the Issuer or Vantage2). The Class Z, Class XA and Class XB Notes are not rated by DBRS Morningstar.
