New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-RPL3: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-RPL3 (NRMLT 2019-RPL3 or the Trust), a securitization of a portfolio of seasoned performing and re-performing first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 11,197 loans with a total principal balance of $1,725,514,094 as of the Cut-Off Date (September 1, 2019).
