Lievre Power Financing Corporation

Lièvre Power Financing Corporation (LPFC) is a single-purpose financing vehicle for Lièvre Power L.P. (ProjectCo), which owns and operates four hydroelectric generating stations with a total cumulative capacity of 263 megawatts on the Lièvre River in Québec. Both LPFC and ProjectCo are wholly owned by Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P., an indirect, partially owned subsidiary of Brookfield Renewable Power Inc.
