Power Corporation of Canada

Established in 1925, Power Corporation of Canada is an international management and holding company headquartered in Montréal. The Company wholly owns Power Financial Corporation through which it has controlling interests in two of Canada's leading financial institutions, Great-West Lifeco Inc. and IGM Financial Inc., as well as Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, which invests in a portfolio of global industrial and services companies based in Europe. In addition to its core financial services holdings, Power Corporation of Canada also has interests in a portfolio of alternative asset investment platforms: Sagard Holdings Inc. and Power Sustainable Capital Inc.
