Based in Silicon Valley, CA, TPVC is an externally managed, closed-end, non-diversified investment company that has elected to be treated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. The Company is a non-listed, private BDC externally managed by TriplePoint Advisers LLC (the Advisor), a subsidiary of TriplePoint Capital LLC (TPC) and benefits from its position within the larger TPC global venture lending platform.
