UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (UnipolSai) comprises the insurance operations of Unipol Group, an Italian holding company with operations primarily in insurance and real estate. Smaller subsidiaries include Linear, UniSalute, Incontra, and Arca Vita, among others. UnipolSai is operational in Italy, where it has leading market shares in a number of nonlife and life business lines, including in motor insurance and health insurance.
