Fairfax India Holdings Corporation

Fairfax India Holdings Corporation (Fairfax India or the Company) was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Toronto. The Company is a publicly traded investment holding company focused on investing in public and private equity securities and debt instruments in India. Fairfax India's investments are made either directly by the Company or indirectly through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries based in Mauritius. Fairfax India is ultimately controlled by Toronto-based Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, which holds the majority of the its equity and voting interest.
