Summary
Maritime Link Financing Trust (ML Financing Trust) is a special-purpose vehicle created to facilitate the financing of a 500 MW electric transmission line that connects Nova Scotia to Newfoundland and Labrador across the Cabot Strait. The Bonds issued by ML Financing Trust are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Canada.
