BMPS Covered Bonds Programme 2 (BMPS CB2, guaranteed by MPS Covered Bond 2 srl) has been established under the Italian legal framework provided by Article 7 bis of Securitsation and Covered Bonds Law 130/1999 as amended and supplemented from time to time. CB2 is the retained programme issued by BMPS and are backed by a mixed pool of residential and commercial mortgages.
