MCAP Commercial LP

MCAP Commercial LP (MCAP) is the second-largest mortgage finance company in Canada and offers single-family residential, commercial and construction mortgages through several brands. Mortgages are originated through the mortgage broker channel with most of its assets under administration either sold to institutional buyers or securitized through various government-sponsored securitization programs. MCAP retains servicing on these securitized assets and also provides servicing and administration on behalf of third parties that originate and fund their own assets.
