Comber Wind Financial Corporation

Comber Wind Financial Corporation (Comber) is the financing vehicle of 2016 Comber Wind Limited Partnership (ProjectCo), a special-purpose entity that owns and operates the Comber East wind farm in Ontario. Comber is guaranteed by ProjectCo and its general partners. The Series 1 Senior Secured Bonds are secured by a first priority, perfected security interest in the property and rights of Comber and ProjectCo.
