Summary
Spy Hill Power L.P. is a special-purpose entity that owns and operates Spy Hill Power Plant, an 86-megawatt simple-cycle natural gas-fired peaking facility (the Project) in Southeastern Saskatchewan. The Project produces electricity using two aero-derivative design-based combustion turbines that have achieved over 40 million fired hours from over 1,300 similar units installed globally. Spy Hill Power L.P. is indirectly owned by Northland Power Inc., an experienced owner and operator of power generation assets, which is also the Project's equity sponsor.
