H2O Power Limited Partnership and Watergen Canada Holdings Inc.

H2O Power Limited Partnership owns and operates eight hydroelectric power generation facilities, three control dams and approximately 140 kilometres (km) of transmission lines in Ontario with revenues earned through a 20-year contract with the IESO and physical sale of energy to the IESO grid. The capacity of the Facilities is expected to be 151 megawatts (MW) once all upgrades are complete by 2020.
